Tara Reid has a great rack regards of the surgery scar. Sometimes the paparazzi gets a little carried away with getting the best oops pics. Tara had every right to be pissed off.

Tara Reid gives the best oops i am topless photos of any celebrity. Some people say her breast looks all chewed up but it is just obvious that Tara had her tits done shortly before that picture was taken. I’m sure her boobs look just fine now.
